I've mistakenly choosen hindi whilst filling type of upsc CAPF, as a meduim of composing essay….now can i compose essay in english this is incredibly helpfull.But I have an issue.I'm a 3rd 12 months student.I dont have any backlog.But in my 2nd yr exam I have passed with two grace marks.Am I suitable for IAS examination?and when I'm,then will it
